Magnified globeThis year, we’ve done online quantitative research with customers of all ages and incomes. We segmented frequent travelers to understand their travel planning needs, explored the home repair and improvement category with homeowners to understand how to drive frequency and preference at retail, and surveyed college-bound high school seniors to understand their process for selecting a college.

We have special expertise in online qualitative research, including laddering interviews and online focus groups. We also like to mix it up, recruiting online groups from screened and profiled survey participants. This ‘hybrid’ approach helps us dig deeper into the ‘why’s’ of consumer decisions.
